EPeel the bananas, dice the onion and green pepper, puree the tomato and chop the chillies.

In a clean saucepan, fry the onions and green pepper in oil until the onions are golden brown. Add the pureed tomatoes to the cooking onions. Add salt and the chillies. Simmer for a while.

Add the bananas then stir for a while to marinate them. Add a little water and cover. Let it simmer until ready.

Garnish with chopped dhania and serve 😊.
