Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger paste saute well adding red chilli Powder

Add tomato and saute well till oil separates

Add crumbled paneer mix well

Add sugar and curd mix well

Add garam masala powder and green chillies

Serve it with pullav or paratha
