Ingredients

1/2 kgkaddu
2onion chopped
2green chilli
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric)
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspdry mango powder
1 tspcoriander powder
to tastesalt
pinchhing
as neededoil

Heat oil in a wok add hing and chopped onion and saute it.

Now add dry spices and roast it

Add kaddu mix well, cover and cook till soft the kaddu.

Mashed well add garam masala and serve with poori
