Crispy karela fry
It goes well with simple dal chawal..
Steps

Cut karela/ bitter gourd into lengths or long slices.Take a bowl and add corn flour, rice flour, pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, kashmiri chilli, mix it.

Add little by little water and mix nicely and make thick batter consistency. Place karela/bitter gourd and mix nicely, allow it rest for 5 min. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bitter gourd until it is crispy on slow flame initially latter on high flame. Transfer into paper towel once it cool down transfer into air tight container and it can be stored for 10-15 days.Now crispy karela are ready to serve.
