Ingredients

  1. 1/2kilo brown wheat flour
  2. 1 cupwhite wheat flour(and more for dusting)
  3. 1 tbsoil(and more for shallow frying)
  4. Water (oops! I have never measured)
  5. 4eggs(optional)
  6. 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl,mix flour i.e. white and brown and salt.

  2. 2

    Make a well and put the well beaten eggs,the 1tbs oil

  3. 3

    Mix with your hands while you love on the mixture

  4. 4

    Add water at this point,a little at a time while you make an elastic but a stiff dough

  5. 5

    Knead the dough for 5mins and then cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Allow it to rest for a while.

  6. 6

    Knead the dough again then roll it out on a surface.apply oil on the dough while

    Make balls then roll out each and place it on the chapati pan and cook till brown.
