Cut it in round wheel shape and boil for 5 minutes in water with 1/4TSP salt

Now take it down and wash it neatly.take out from water

Heat oil add mustard and cumin seeds when splutters add cut onion

Saute it for 2 minutes add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt vry little as already added in water,mix well

Add tamarind pulp, jaggery and mix well now add the washed bitter gourd

Mix well cook with lid on low flame.when starts thickening sabji is ready Serve hot with roti or Bhakri
