Ingredients

  • 4pieces sweet potato
  • 1/2 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cuprefined flour
  • 1.1/2 cupsugar
  • 1teaspoonrose water
  • 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  • pinch Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder

Steps

60minutes
  1. 1

    First boil sweet potato not overboiled it can happened a problem for making pantua

    Next remove the skin and smashed add milk powder add refined flour add pinch of salt,baking powder mixed with all ingredients make balls in similar sizes

    At that time put sugar and water in the pan in the oven Boil up to ten minutes for making of sugar syrup add rose water and cardamom powder when done keep it aside for releasing temparature

    Put oil in the pan in the oven fry all the balls carefully up to red in colour throughly

    Then keep for normal temperature

    Now add all balls in the sugar syrup for two hours

  7. 7

    Delicious Misti Allur Pantua is ready
