200 gm mushroom blanched
1onion chopped
1 tspred chilli Powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspginger garlic paste
1/4 cuptomato puree
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil
1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped

Heat oil and temper garlic and ginger paste

Add onion chopped and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Add blanched and sliced mushroom saute well adding red chilli Powder and mix well
4

Now add tomato and saute well on high heat
5

Add sugar and coriander leaves
