Steps

Add oil in a wok add cumin seeds when splutter add onion paste and saute it,

After saute add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and spices and saute till leave the oil.

When leave the oil add fresh malai and fried aloo and some water,cover and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with roti/naan.
