Heat ghee in nonstick pan and add raisins and fry untill it blossoms remove ghee and put it in bowl

Then put cashew nuts in it and roast untill golden

Now drain the rice from the water and put rice in same pan do not run excessively on the ground

Add water and saffron and mix them lightly

When rice half cooked we add sugar mix well and cook untill water becomes dry add cardamom powder mix well.

Garnish with cashew nuts and serve hot or cool.
