Take makhana and roast for 2 minute or microwave for 30 seconds.

Cool and grind in mixer.

Now roast makhana for 2 minutes.

Add khoya and milk powder and roast for 5 more minutes.

Add milk, cardamom powder, and sugar.

Cook till it becomes thik and it leaves side of wok.

Now pour this to greased plate.

Cool and cut into desired shape.

Garnish with dry fruits.
