Peel the egg plant

Chop in sizeable pieces

Put the choped pieces in eggs and mix

Heat pan and shallow fry to golden brown

Fry onions to golden brown, add tomatoes to make paste. Add hoho salt to take

Put the fried pieces of eggplant and stir to mix wel. Add water and cook for 10 mins

Put in dania and serve with either ugsli, chapati, rice
