Steps

Take a pan & add ghee

When the ghee get heated add besan & sooji and fry them in low flame until turns golden brown colour

Now add powdered sugar & cardamom in it & mix it well

Now take a plate & polish it with ghee & take out the mixture in that plate

Now garnish it with dry fruits like cashews, almonds....

Now leave it for sometime to cool it down

When it becomes cool cut it into small pieces in which ever shape you want....

Now your tasty besan ki barfi is ready to eat 😋
