Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpotatoes
  • 3onions
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspred chillies
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 2tomatoes
  • 3 tspoil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry chopped potatoes and onions for 10mins,then add garlic and ginger paste with all the dried spices.then add chopped tomatoes and salt for taste,saute this for 5 mins and add water as required.. cook in pressure cooker for 5 mins.serve hot.
