Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 1 cupBeans
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. 2medium size Dry Fish
  5. Fresh tomatoes
  6. Pepper
  7. Onions
  8. Halfcup Crayfish
  9. Salt
  10. 3 cubesMaggi
  11. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    Pick the beans and wash it put it on fire and cook for about 15 minutes add the rice and allow to cook for 10 minute. ie parboil it.

    Blend the Pepper and tomatoes and Crayfish. Chop the onions

  3. 3

    Heat up your pot add your vegetable oil, fry your Onions pour in the blended tomatoes and pepper, fry for 5 minute add the crayfish Maggi Salt and the Spices

    Wash the dry Fish and add to the pot give it some time

  5. 5

    Add your already washed rice and beans stir it add enough water to cover the up the rice

  6. 6

    Allow to cook for about 20 minutes until it is soft

  7. 7

    When it is soft and the water is dried up bring the pot down and serve
