2onion paste
2tomato puree
1 tspginger paste
To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder
1 tspmassala

Take a pan put oil in it.add onion paste fry it

Add tomato puree then add salt red chilli powder mix it weel then added potato in it mix well now add water in it to cover lid and cook for 5 min
