Ingredients

  2. 1/4 cupbalsamic or white vinegar (60 ml)

  4. 2 teaspoonschicken or shawarma spice mix
  5. For serving:

  7. Chopped lettuce
  8. Quick garlic sauce
  9. 3 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  10. Juice of half a lemon
  11. 2garlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the chicken breasts into thin, long strips. Add salt, vinegar, and spice mix, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
