Ingredients

  • 1 cupgrated boiled patatos
  • 1 cupchopped methi leaves
  • 4green chilli finely chopped
  • 10 cubemozzarella cheese
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for shallow frying
  • 1 sliceonion

Steps

    Combine the patatos methi green chilli and salt in a bowl.Mix well.Dived 10equal portion and shape circle.place one cube of the cheese in the center of each circle. Bring the sides together in the center so sad to seal the cheese stuffing inside the patatos circle.Roll the tikki between the plams of your hands in such a way that there are no cracks on the surface.press firmly on top to make flat tikki. shallow fry on both sides in hot oil in brown in colour. serve with onion slice.
