How my mashujaa started ,it was lit I really enjoyed this fish

Mix the crushed garlic and ginger and a pinch of salt with few drops of water and smear it to the fresh fish.

Put your oil in a frying pan and heat till it becomes light. Now deep fry your fish till it becomes crunch.

Now put 2 spoons of frying oil in a sufuria and heat. Add your chopped onions, and capsicum and fry till brown, now add your tomatoes followed by corrriander and pinch of salt and simmer until a thick soup like mine is formed.

Deep your fish into the soup and heat for 2 minutes. Now serve the food in your plate and add the lemon juice. Enjoy with your ugali.its wow.
