Beat the eggs, slice your spring onions and pepper salt to taste.

Mix all well

Put fry pan on heat add little oil then pour the egg mixed.

For the toast, add little oil on the pan heat,put your bread and turn both sides till brown. Can serve with custard, pap, tea etc
