Ingredients

  • 2 cupchopped cauliflower stem
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsproasted masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and ginger

  2. 2

    Add chopped stem and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add red chilli Powder and cover

  4. 4

    As it get soft add sugar and roasted masala powder

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
