Peel your potatoes and dice them.

Wash clean and dip fry in vegetable oil.

In a different pan, heat oil and sautée the onion, then fry the minced meat.

Add in all the spices then tomatoes and fry for 7 mins. Then add Tomato paste.

When cooked, add in the potatoes and chicken stock.Then let cook for 10mins. Serve and enjoy with whatever accompaniment you want.
