Heat a pan on medium flame, add oil

When hot add jeera, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, fennel powder,coriander powder, amchur powder saute for a min

Then add mashed potatoes, salt & coriander leaves mix well. Off the stove. Cool it

Grease your hands with oil take a handful of mixture and shape them into pattice or you can use moulds to shape the pattice

Shallow fry till golden brown

Heat a pan with little oil add pav bhaji masala & little coriander leaves

Toss the pav iin this mixture to give the flavours. Remove and keep aside

On one side of the bread put the onion slices,then tomato slices and then put the pattice on top

Serve with slice onions & tomatoes
