  1. 500 gbutter
  2. 280 gdark chocolate
  3. 400 geggs
  4. 400 gsugar
  5. 240 gflour
  6. 400 gpecan nut or any other nut

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter

    Over a double boiler melt chocolate, stirring occasionally

  3. 3

    Add butter, eggs and sugar to chocolate and mix well

  4. 4

    Add in the flour and the nuts. Mix well

  5. 5

    Pour batter in a prepared cake pan or cupcake cases.

  6. 6

    Bake at 150°C for 45-50mins.
