1/2 kgPalak
250 gmPaneer
salt to taste

1 tspturmeric powder
2 tbspcoriander powder
2 tbsp onion paste
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
as needed butter
2 tbspoil

Steps

Boil spinach and cool it and blend it

Heat a pan add oil heat oil add cumin
3

Put ginge rgarlic paste saute it.Now add onion paste along with spices and cook till oil start to leave pan's edges
4

Add tomato puree cook for 2 minutes add paak paste and cook for 2 minute now add paneer and butter cook for another 1 minute and serve
