Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 2 bowlchana dal(split chickpeas)
  2. 2small onion
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 teaspoonginger (crushed)
  5. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  6. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  7. 1 teaspoonchat masala powder
  8. leavesSome fresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak overnight chana dal and make a paste in a mixer and put all the ingredients mention in the ingredients box (do not add water)

  2. 2

    Put them out in a bowl and make tikki of that mixture.

  3. 3

    Now deep fry them in a medium flame till the colour converts into golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve it with chutney or tomato sauce.
