Take besan in bowl.Add salt and curd to it

Add rest of water to make a smooth batter.

Now divide this batter into two equal parts.

Two one part add turmeric powder.

To second part add beetroot.

Now add 1/2 teaspoon eno to red part and immediately transfer to silicon muffin mould.

Now microwave for 20 seconds.

Now add rest of the eno to yellow batter.

Immediately transfer this to muffin mould which has red one.

Now microwave for 50 second.(or depending upon the quantity of batter)

Cool and de mould from mould.

For tempering- heat oil. Add mustard seeds.

Add red chillies

Add sugar, lemon juice.

Bring to boil.

Pour this to khaman.

Keep rest for 15 minutes so that khaman will absorb water.

Two layered muffin kaman is ready.
