A healthy breakfast recipe for boosting energy levels in the morning. Full of fiber and with veggies this oats is great alternative to ready masala oats packets available in market.
Steps

Dry roast oats on medium flame.

Wash and cut all veggies.
- 3
In a pan take oil and saute onion, garlic, curry leaves and green chillies.
- 4
Add tomatoes and stir it. Add dry masalas, Italian seasoning and chilli flakes.

Add 2 cups of water and boil it for 2 minutes.

Add roasted oats to it, cover and cook it on slow flame.
- 7
Once the water evaporates the oats are ready to serve. Enjoy healthy and guilt free oats in breakfast.
