Ingredients

15-20 mins
  • For making gatta
  • 2 cup besan
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbspnoil
  • 1 Pinchmitha soda
  • For the gravy-
  • 4 tbspcooking oil
  • 1 Pinchhing
  • Little jeera
  • PinchTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 2tej patta
  • 1 cupwhisked curd
  • Little crushed Kasoori methi

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    For the gatta-Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.

  2. 2

    Cover it and Keep for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    Divide it into 8 balls and roll it horizontally on a flat surface.

  4. 4

    Cut into small pieces of all.

  5. 5

    Boil the pieces in a pan for 10 mins on low flame.

  6. 6

    After boiling is done, take it out and cool it.

  7. 7

    For the gravy- Put cooking oil in a pan.

  8. 8

    Add jeera, hing, tej patta, turmeric powder and then add the boiled gatta.

  9. 9

    Then add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, curd, kasoori methi.

  10. 10

    Sir all the ingredients. Add little water till desired consistency.

  11. 11

    Gatte ki sabji is ready to serve.
