  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • 3medium sized Ripe Plantain

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the plantain.sprinkle pinch of salt on it.

  2. 2

    Place the frying on the heat,pour in vegetable oil onces is hot put in the sliced plantain.

  3. 3

    Fry for 2-3minutes.turn otherside of it to fry as well.
