Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgmeat
  2. 3 tbspCooking oil
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 piecefresh ginger
  5. Rosemary leaves to taste
  6. 2tomatoes
  7. 1onion
  8. 1capsicum
  9. Dhania
  10. 1 tbspbeef royco
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut meat into pieces then marinade it in pound ginger, garlic, rosemary leaves, royco and salt.

    Settle it in the freezer for 10 minutes then remove and fry it in onions, tomatoes, for 10 minutes then add cut capsicum and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with dhania and serve hot with ugali or rice.
