Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgall purpose flour
  2. 6 spoonhot oil
  3. 4 spooncarrom seed
  4. 3 spoonsalt
  5. Oil for deep fry

    First knead a soft dough by adding flour ajwain and salt and hot oil and keep aside.....

    Now take a ball shaped a dough and roll a flat roti....and cut in daimond shaped....add to hot oil and fry till it turns to crispy brown....serve hot with tea or as it is
