  • 400 gmSugar
  • 500 gmghee
  • 1 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a big pan and melt ghee

  2. 2

    Add water in sugar for chasni

  3. 3

    Melt ghee and add besan add it in Sugar syrup stir it till bubble are blowing add ghee in middle

  4. 4

    When it leaves sides of pan than place it in a greased plate
