  • 4 cupsrice
  • 2carrots
  • 10green beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil another 1 cup of water and put the rice for parboiling.

  2. 2

    While u dice ur veggies.

  3. 3

    Wash and drain in a strainer.Then put the rice in the boiling water and allow to tender.

  4. 4

    Then put the veggies for 2 to 5 mins.Ready to serve with stew or sauce
