Steps

Thin sliced shallots and fry on low heat pan

When shallots start to turn brown add some finely chopped garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients lovely and soft.

Add some rice in and mix well

Turn the heat off and add chopped coriander. Mix well and serve as a side dish. Delicious 😋
