Shimla mirch/Capsicum is a vegetable,we eat with chapati or paratha. Today I made halwa with this,this halwa is without any dairy product, we can call it launge also. It is not spicy it's really very sweet and different flavour, I suggest to everyone please try one time.

In a Kadai heat olive oil.

Now Saute grated shimla mirch/Capsicum in this.

Shimla mirch becomes tender so quickly.

Mix sugar powder and saute well.

Add dry fruits and cardamom powder.

For a good look you can add few drops of green colour.

You can add more sugar if you like.

For garnish Fill this halwa in Capsicums which are clean well.
