My step to a healthy diet

Hello Dear Friends!Long time no see. I was far away from the kitchen for a while but I am back now. Oh god! I miss cooking. I was so busy at work, I could not even eat a good home meal.Let's start with the recipe for the most incredible meal. Some people say that is just salad, however, I absolutely do not agree with them. This is a masterpiece! All ingredients may be changed to suit your dietary needs. For example, the salad tastes just as wonderful with light Cool Whip, cottage cheese made with skim milk, sugar-free jello, etc. Your guests will never know the difference!

I made this by combining ingredients that my partner loves, with cucumbers that he doesn't, and it turned out great.There's nothing much to it. I usually cut up what I have on hand, and add mint, which I take from my planter. Real Greek salads contain garlic, but since I don't like the smell, I make it without. Recipe by Yumio
