Green grams-Ndengu
Simple but delicious,goes well with chapati.
Steps

Pre boil green grams

Cut ingredients separately, the ones to be cut of course

In you saucepan, heat oil then put onions and garlic, cook till translucent
- 4
Add the green pepper, cook for like 1min then add tomatoes and cook till soft
- 5
Add all the spices, stir till they are mixed properly. Then add the ndengu stir and add a cup of water. I like mine thick but you can add more water

Cook for 10-15mins stirring to avoid it sticking on the bottom

Put off fire, add the coriander
- 8
Serve with chapati while hot
