1 BowlMoong Dal
1 TspSalt
Oil for frying

Steps

Wash and Soak moong dal for 3 to 4 hours.

Strain it and keep on a cloth. Pat dry.

Fry on medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes or till crisp.

Use a napkin to keep fried dal. Add salt and mix.

Keep in air tight container.
