Ingredients

3 servings
  • 300 gmgourd / parwal cubed
  • 2 large Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspginger crushed
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add ginger crushed saute well till the raw smell disappears

  2. 2

    Add gourd and Potatoes saute for a while adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Cover it till it gets soft

  4. 4

    Add tomato,cumin powder and red chilli powder and fry on high heat

  5. 5

    It is ready to serve.
