Ingredients

  • 50 gmspaneer
  • 1 tbspmilk powder
  • 2 tspIcing sugar
  • 1-2Fresh betel leaf (pan)
  • 1 tbspTutti frutti
  • 1 tspdhanya dal
  • 2 tbspdesiccated coconut
  • 1-2 tbspchocolate syrup
  • 1 pinchcardamom and cloves powder
  • 1 tbspkhus syrup
  • 1 tspsilver balls
  • 1 tspdry rose petals
  • 1 tsprose syrup
  • 1 tbspgulkand
  • 1-2 pcs.dry apricot chopped
  • 4 pcs.cherry

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate paneer and mash. Add icing sugar milk powder mix well. Add khus syrup and chopped pan leaf. Add pinchelichi and cloves powder.

  2. 2

    Now mix gulkand rose petals rose syrup silver balls tutti frutti chocolate syrup chopped apricot.

  3. 3

    Now make a oval shape balls from paneer mixture. and give thumb impression in middle. and stiff mixture of gulkand.

  4. 4

    Garnish plate with coconut and serve sweets garnish with chocolate sauce tutti frutti and silver balls.Garnish with cherry.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
