Ingredients

  • 5-6potatoes
  • 1 bowlbesan(gram flour)
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tspgreen coriander
  • 1/2 tspajwain /carom seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Put besan,ajwain,red chilli powder and salt in a mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Add some water and make a batter,

  4. 4

    Dip potatoes and add this in hot oil and deep fry till golden in colour.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some chat masala on it and serve hot.
