Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlchopped fresh methi leaves
  2. 1/2 cupbesan(gram flour)
  3. 1/2 tspajwain/ carom seeds
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspchat masala
  6. to tastesalt
  7. as neededoil for fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chopped and washed the fresh methi leaves.

  2. 2

    Add besan,salt,chilli powder, ajwain,chat masala in a mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Add chopped methi leaves and some water and make a batter.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a wok add pakode in oil and deep fry till crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve with sauce
