Steps

Put besan,haldi,salt,curd in a mixing bowl.

Add some water and make a batter.

Batter keep aside and rest for 1/2 hour.

Now add eno,mix it well

Grease oil in a dhokla mould pour this batter and steam for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,green chilli when splutters spread on dhokla.

Cut into pieces and garnish with green coriander.

Serve with green chutney
