  • 4 bowlThin poha
  • 1/4 bowlPeanuts
  • 1/2 bowlRoasted chana dal
  • piecesDry coconut cut in thin
  • 1 sprigCurry leaves
  • as neededOil
  • 2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tspPowdered sugar
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 bowlPuffed rice

Steps

15 minurs
  1. 1

    First roast the poha in pan for 7 minutes on low flame

  2. 2

    Heat the oil add mustard and Jira when flutters add peanuts roaste it for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Now add curry. Leaves add cut coconut roaste it for two minutes

  4. 4

    Now add roasted chana dal saute for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala mix well

  6. 6

    Now add roasted poha mix well. Now add puffed rice

  7. 7

    Mix well ur chivada is ready
