Ingredients

  • 1 kgmilk
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 2 tbsprice
  • 4green elaichi

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a kadai and boil milk.Now add rice and keep boiling milk.

  2. 2

    Now add green elaichi in it.After that add sugar and stir well in medium flame.

  3. 3

    One the colour will change and quantity of milk reduce and become thick than switch off the gas..Enjoy hot kheer.
