Mothi Choor Laddu is colourful and yummy sweet can keep 10 to 15 days.
Steps

Heat the vessel add sugar and water to make sugar syrup.when it starts boiling syrup becomes thick, add cardamom powder and boil till one String consistency then add food colour and turn off.

In a mixing bowl add gramflour,soda, food çolour and required amount of water mix well till no lumps there in the batter.

Heat the oil in a pan pour the batter through the laddle,tap tap into oil. Boondies should fry in medium flame. Remove from oil before over fry. Add melon seeds to fried boondies.

Add sugar syrup and mix well and allow to rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes once again mix well and make ladoos with Ghee greased palms.

Arrange in the plate and garnish with pista. Keep rest for 10 minutes. Mothi Choor Laddu is ready to eat.
