Ingredients

1/2 kgMaini
1onion
3tomatoes
1Green pepper
Cayenne pepper
Cinnamon

Steps

Wash and Chop Maini

Boil till cooked and set aside

Chop and fry onions till soft add tomatoes and salt. Cover and cook till tomatoes are soft

Add green pepper. Add Maini stir and cover and simmer for 5min
5

Add some water and let it boil for 5 more minutes
6

Serve hot with whatever you like.
