Stir water and honey in a bowl.

Add the flour, 3tsp oil and salt, knead and cover the dough for an hour.

Divide the dough into 10 balls.

Roll one by one.

Heat the pan, put your rolled dough, cook until bubbles appear on the surface

Flip the other side, cook until bubbles appear once more

When all brown, brush with ghee and garnish with coriander.

Serve hot with your favorite stew.
