Ingredients

  • 8 slicesbread
  • 2 cupsbesan
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4 spooncarrom seeds
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspchat masala
  • as needed oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the better of besan.

  2. 2

    Add salt,red chilli,carrom seeds and cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Heat the oil.

  4. 4

    Cut the bread slices from the centre

  5. 5

    Dipty in the better and fry it till golden brown from both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve with chutney.
